In 2020, I started painting sunsets as a way of taking some time to myself and escape from these challenges, as well as creating something positive and calming. I started with a pack of 5 canvasses, inspired by the beautiful colours of the sky, I began to capture these timeless moments on canvas. 
“Illumination” was one of the first 5 original studies that started this journey and exploration into sunsets/sunrises.
 
Acrylic paint on canvas (primed using White Gesso) and finished with matt varnish.

Each canvas is wrapped in tissue paper and is placed in a cardboard box for safe delivery. Artwork is distributed directly from the Make it Soph studio in Pontypridd, South Wales.
